In 2022, we have focused on:
- Commissioning our heat recovery facilities
- Project to reuse treated effluent from our cleaning processes to use in our refrigerated system rather than drinking water

In favour of the energy transition
Our aim is to limit the consumption of fossil fuels in favour of renewable energies in two ways:
- Refurbishing our factories with photovoltaic installations
- Monitoring biogas and hydrogen to integrate our supplies

Biodiversity and fight against deforestation
Preserving biodiversity and combating deforestation is above all a question of choosing sustainable and respectful production methods:
sourcing 100% French wheat flour, for example. (standard NVF 30 001).
Promote
The circular economy
We need to reuse and/or recycle as many materials as possible.
We have defined 3 areas of work:
- Any food waste that cannot be donated, we recycle it in to animal feed.
- Recycle everything that can be recycled (target: recovery rate of over 85%) in 2025 on all sites.
- Eliminate the use of landfill for final waste and recover energy from it (zero waste to landfill by 2025).
