Pasquier Symphonie

NATURE AND TIME has always been at the heart
of how we think, invent, produce and sell.

Over time, we have built our bakeries in different villages across France to be at the very heart of nature.
With each site, we have become closer to our local farmers and suppliers.

A STORY OF SUSTAINABLE FARMING

Supporting sustainable practices that respect the pace of nature, the environment and people…

Member of the board of directors of the association 'Agriculture du Vivant', we are acting in favour of the development of agroecology with our suppliers.

The use of French flour, eggs from free-range and barn hens kept on the ground and outdoors, and verified cocoa Rainforest Alliance are all commitments made by our purchasing channels and incorporate our revenues.

A story of eco-responsibility

Our eco-designed and sustainable packaging policy is based on the 4 main pillars:

Secure

  • Safe and sustainable materials

Recycle

  • Use of materials from existing recycling channels
    • cardboard: 100% of our outer boxes are recyclable
  • Or plastics from recycling channels under development:
    mono-material with reasonable ink rates
    • 2018: use of vegetable inks (natural inks with no solvent)
    • 2019: removal of plastic window from macarons and petits fours packs to simplify recyclability with a mono-material

Reduce

  • Removal or optimisation of packaging
    • 2019: removal of paper in Petits Fours trays
      > Saving of 5,1 tons of cardboard / year
    • 2023: optimisation of our Entremets packaging
      > Saving of 5 tons of cardboard / year

Innovate

  • Working in partnership with our suppliers to find renewable, sustainable packaging solutions
