It all started in 1936, in Les Cerqueux, in a small village in Maine-and-Loire region, where our grands-parents' family bakery built its local reputation with Brioche.
In 1974, my father & uncles' and I took over the family business and created Brioche Pasquier.
We have always paid particular attention to the continuation of family heritage, by offering authentic recipes that combine taste and indulgence.
